International Aircargo System Inc. (hereafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby sets forth the following Personal Data Protection Policy and shall establish mechanisms to protect Personal Data as well as ensure that all our employees are aware of the importance of Personal Data Protection and our initiatives to secure it in order to improve Personal Data Protection.
Management of Personal Data
The Company shall establish safety protocols and take the necessary measures such as security system maintenance, administrative structures reinforcements, and employee education to securely manage the customer’s Personal Data, keeping them accurate and up-to-date as well as prevent any unauthorized access, loss, damage, tampering, or leakage of Personal Data.
Usage Purpose of Personal Data
The Personal Data collected from the customer will be used by the Company to contact the customer, notify of updates to services, or answer inquiries via email and document attachments.
Prohibition of Disclosure & Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties
The Company shall handle the Personal Data collected from the customer appropriately and will not disclose any Personal Data to third parties, except in any of the following circumstances.
- When there is agreement from the customer
- When we are required to disclose them to a subcontractor whom we have delegated duties to in order to provide the service(s) requested by the customer
- When we are required to disclose them based on the law
Personal Data Security Measures
The Company shall employ the ideal security measures to maintain the accuracy and safety of Personal Data.
Customer Query
In the event that the customer puts in a request to query, edit, or delete their own Personal Data, we shall verify the customer's identity before proceeding to handle the request.
Compliance with Law and Regulations & Revisions
With regard to the Personal Data in the Company’s possession, the Company shall comply with the Japanese Law and other related regulations as well as review and revise the contents of this Policy as necessary.
